Mr Thomas Tu is KHG Holdings’ Managing Director. He graduated from Santa Clara University, California USA, majoring in Finance. With country opening up with great opportunities, he returned back and founded Singtech in Singapore. He is also ManagingDirector of Singtech IT & Communications – Cyber City (Mobile & IT distribution for Singtech and Samsung Brand), Buy Now Mobile & IT retail chain stores in Myanmar & Singtech Cambodia are all under his direct control.

Ms May Ni Htwe is KHG Holdings’ Executive Group Finance Director. Graduated from University of Melbourne, Australia, majored in Finance and Management.

Moreover, our involvement in various sectors from FMCG, ICT, construction and hospitality, LPG and agriculture - points to our diverse strengths in navigating the market and succeeding in Myanmar.
We are constantly striving to upgrade and improve on our existing operations to position ourselves for the evolving economic landscape, but we also relish taking on new challenges and ventures. We are pleased to be recognized as stable yet adaptable entitiy. One such example is the fact that we were awarded a rare permit to set up a beer brewery even though we do not have specific experience in this domain. In burgeoning Myanmar, greenfield projects represent exciting opportunities to penetrate the market and make excellent returns. Our extensive cross-sector know-how and business contacts, coupled with relevant permits, long-term land leases and an established network of outlets, makes us an attractive “local” partner.

Kaung Htet Trading
Since it’s inception in 2010 Kaung Htet Trading Limited has been KHG’s Myanmar entity responsible for the purchase, storage, packing, distribution and sale of LPG gas and accessories to valuable customers across the country – for both domestic and industrial use. STAR is Kaung Htet’s registered brand name for LPG retail distribution to industrial, household and commercial users. It offers a range of convenient cylinder sizes and accessories. STAR is also actively involved in local market development, promoting the use of LPG as environmentally friendly and the logical substitute for gasonline.
Our head office, distribution and refilling station is based in Yangon but we have three other branches in key cities (Mandalay, Pyay and Pathein division). Along with core trading and distributing, the company controls storange facilities and distribution in the developing market, thereby maximizing it’s potential.
KS DU Trading
KS Du was established in 2018 for distribution of beverages across Myanmar. It has 2 branches in Yangon and Mandalay. We are the sole distributor for Pokka drinks. Also, KS Du is the distribution arm for our own brand - Boost+ and Hiro Juice.

Min Ye Agriculture
Established in 2011, our agricultural arm consists of a plantation of 1,000 acres in Bago Division. Currently 150 acres is dedicated to rubber trees and 100 acres to eucalyptus trees. There is a plan to plant more of the latter two types and also plant dragon fruit trees (Pitaya) for export.
A future objective also includes the creation of a “Nature Recreation Resort”.
KHG Development
As the property development arm of KHG Holdings, KHG Development is dedicated to providing some of the best real estate opportunities in Myanmar, a market that suffered from chronic under-investment in the past.

Royal Golden Hill Distribution
In 2019, RGHD was established as the holding company for the new beverage brand Boost+ electrolyte drink. Boost+ is distributed in Myanmar through our partners, KS Du Trading and Shwe Taung Trading.
Kaung Htet (Myanmar)
Kaung Htet (Myanmar) Manufacturing & Distribution Co. Ltd. (KHMMD) is an established trading business that started the importation and distribution of Pokka brand of beverages in Myanmar since 1990s. KHMMD was subsequently appointed as sole distributor for Munchy’s portfolio of confectionery products in Myanmar in Year 2007. KHMMD has a national distribution network of distributors and own branch operations.
In Year 2014, KHMMD began works on constructing a hot fill beverage bottling plant in Mingalardon following the establishment of a trade mark license and bottler agreement with Pokka Corporation (Singapore) Ltd. Production and distribution of locally produced Pokka juice drinks in PET forms began in Year 2017.
Special Manufacturing
In 1999, SMC was established for manufacturing of good quality tissues. We strive to provide better quality products our consumers. Our household brand includes Orchid Tissues, Snow White Tissue and Cherry tissues for our B2B and B2C customers. Currently, Special Manufacturing obtained 34% of Market Share across Myanmar.

Myanmar Mayson Industries
Myanmar Mayson Industries(MMI), was founded back in the year 1996 by a group of people which shared same in the year 1996 by a group of people which shared the same vision and goal on the potential market in bakery and confectionery products in Myanmar. MYANMAR ATLANTIC
Established in 1998. Started as a small company but becomes second largest pearling operation in Myanmar. Our pearling operation consists of 10 square miles of water and 1 square miles of land in Taintharyi Division. We are producing both White and Deep Pearl of Myanmar with increasing rate. Our pearls have distinguished quality in Asia, especially in Hong Kong and Japan Market. We also plan to expend our sales in Austria.
