KHG Holding is a Singapore-based financial holding entity established by Myanmar-born Mr Kyi Soe in 2006. We have been operating in Myanmar and building businesses across a board spectrum of industries since then, a number of which have become market leaders. The recent opening up of Myanmar has led to a veritable explosion of interest in the nation but we understand that it can take a leap of faith for international entities to invest in the country.
At KHG we are well placed to capitalize on our strong position in the local market as we explore new opportunities together with those who wish to be our partners and participate in the exciting economic frontier that Myanmar represents.
We are committed to delivering products and services that meet the expectations of tomorrow’s Myanmar. We do this through diligence, attention to detail and strong relations with international consultants who are equally committed to bettering the lives of the local population. The fundamental principles that we hold dear and constantly aspire to achieve are these:

We are the driving force behind the manufacture and distribution of a number of well recognised local and international brands. Moreover, our involvement in various sectors from FMCG, ICT, construction and hospitality, LPG and agriculture - points to our diverse strengths in navigating the market and succeeding in Myanmar.
We are constantly striving to upgrade and improve on our existing operations to position ourselves for the evolving economic landscape, but we also relish taking on new challenges and ventures. We are pleased to be recognized as stable yet adaptable entitiy. One such example is the fact that we were awarded a rare permit to set up a beer brewery even though we do not have specific experience in this domain. In burgeoning Myanmar, greenfield projects represent exciting opportunities to penetrate the market and make excellent returns. Our extensive cross-sector know-how and business contacts, coupled with relevant permits, long-term land leases and an established network of outlets, makes us an attractive “local” partner.
Thanks to our solid foundation, not only Myanmar and Singapore but also Cambodia and Southern China, we enjoy a reputable and impressive track record spanning more than two decades. Our core businesses include activities in luxury real estate development (located in prime areas of Yangon) and mobile phones, tablets and laptops (both in Myanmar and Cambodia) as well as hotel management in Yangon.
As the property development arm of KHG Holdings, KHG Development is dedicated to providing some of the best real estate opportunities in Myanmar, a market that suffered from chronic under-investment in the past.
KHG is now forging an excellent name for itself in luxury property development. It is doing this, it does for all it’s operations by aspiring to, and reaching, international standards through consultant engagement with international consultants and experts in all-related fields.
Currently it has a development underway - a high-rise, high-end condominium in the prestigious township of Bahan (INFINITY). To discover more please visit www.khgdevelopment.com

It’s command of privileged views of Shwedagon Pagoda, Inya Lake and Kandawgyi Lake, gives the impression that the property is simply boundless.
The provision of facilities – such as the luxuriously appointed lobby and concierge area, as well as the spectacular INIFINITY Sky Terrace – promises a resort feel to the property. The 16th floor comes complete with 3 pools, a play area, outdoor exercise area, gym, function room and barbecue area.

The northernmost member of ASEAN, Myanmar is on the doorstep of the world’s two most populous nations China and India – and it shares a 2,000 km- long border with the former. Geo-strategically speaking the nation is extraordinarily well positioned.
Therefore, besides having an underproductive economy ripe with opportunity, a low – and as yet untapped – consumer base, Myanmar also has huge potential to become a hub for regional business with access to almost half the world’s population.
Given our extensive range of varied and often complementary business activities, we are pleased to explore joint ventures and other partnerships with interested parties.
We offer the benefit of stability, in-depth local knowledge and established successful business in a wide variety of different sectors. In addition we have the vision to constantly expand our current activities as well as embark on new ones.
